When you purchase a ticket prior to a show's availability period:
- You will receive your viewing link via email prior to the date the show begins.
- You may view on-demand any time from 12 AM Eastern Time on the Start Date to 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the End Date.
If you purchase a ticket during a show's availability period:
- Viewing links will be delivered via email daily beginning at 10 AM Eastern Time. You will receive yours in the next period following your purchase.
- You may view on-demand any time from 12 AM Eastern Time on the Start Date to 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the End Date.
Once you click your viewing link to start watching, you MUST finish within 48 hours before your access expires.
On the final day of a show's availability, you will receive your link with enough time to view the show in-full prior to its expiration at 11:59 PM Eastern Time that day.
